Coverage

Where we work

Cities with a dedicated page are linked. The rest are covered territory — we simply have not built a page we could make genuinely useful yet.

Phoenix metro

Our densest coverage area. Most service and assessment work across the Valley is handled from here, including Sky Harbor–area industrial, the Camelback and Central Avenue office corridors, and the healthcare campuses spread across the East and West Valley.

Southern Arizona

Tucson and the surrounding corridor, including university, healthcare, government and light-industrial facilities. Project work and scheduled service are supported; response planning accounts for the drive from the Valley.

  • Tucson
  • Marana
  • Oro Valley
  • Sahuarita
  • Casa Grande
  • Green Valley

Northern & central Arizona

Project and scheduled-service coverage for higher-elevation facilities, where heating loads, freeze protection and seasonal occupancy patterns drive very different control strategies than the Valley.

  • Flagstaff
  • Prescott
  • Prescott Valley
  • Sedona
  • Payson
  • Cottonwood

Elsewhere in Arizona

Statewide project support for owners and multi-site operators with facilities outside the main corridors. Coverage for these locations is confirmed per project rather than assumed.

Questions

Coverage questions

Straight answers about where we work and what that means for your facility.

For project work, travel is built into the proposal and stated openly rather than added later. For service calls outside the Valley, travel time is quoted before we dispatch so there are no surprises on the invoice. For multi-site operators with facilities across the state, we usually structure this into an agreement rather than pricing each trip individually.

Usually yes for project work. Arizona is a large state and coverage for outlying locations depends on the scope and duration of the work — a multi-week retrofit travels well, a two-hour service call does not. Tell us where the facility is and we will give you a direct answer rather than a maybe.

More than people expect. Valley facilities are cooling-dominated almost year-round, which puts the emphasis on economizer strategy, condenser and chilled-water plant behaviour, and peak-demand management. Flagstaff and Prescott facilities carry real heating loads and freeze-protection requirements that barely register in Phoenix. Sequences written for one do not transfer cleanly to the other.

No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. We are an Arizona controls contractor operating across the state, not a chain of branch offices. What matters for your building is whether we can get a qualified controls technician there when you need one, and we will tell you honestly what that looks like for your location.
